Free express delivery via DHL on all orders above €350. For orders below €350, there is a €25 delivery charge for express delivery via DHL
Express delivery via DHL will take 2-3 working days. Please note, during public holidays in Greece there will be a 48-hour delay in dispatching your order.
DHL deliveries are made between Monday-Friday, only. This excludes any public holidays.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 calendar days from the date you received your order to return it to us for a refund. Send us an email to: email@example.com stating your full name, order number and reason for return. Then, book your complimentary collection via DHL and have your items sent back to us.

Enter your 10-digit waybill number located under the barcode of your printed returns label that appears as “WAYBILL XX XXXX XXXX”. Review your details and select a convenient date and time for collection. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all ENNY MONACO and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you with a €25 delivery cost. This is applicable to orders at any price.

The charge is per order. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 15 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Please note: Ennymonacostyle Online Boutique shall not accept any return of clothes and shoes that appear to have been worn or damaged, damages resulting from inappropriate packing included.
Returns would be accepted with in a time period of 15 working days. According to our policy we dont accept returns on sale items.
All shoes shall be tried on, only on a clean and carpeted surface. The red outsoles of shoes are very fragile. Ennymonacostyle Online Boutique reserves the right to refuse the return of the products, if the products are damaged or have been returned with an apparently damaged outsole. In particular, the red outsole of the shoes is fragile and shall remain unmarked and in its original condition.
