Amalia Korasidi:
"The items you see are a part of my travels along the main route of the ancient Silk Road leading to the Ferghana Valley Bukhara city in the extreme south east of Uzbekistan. These pieces hold many memories of the rich history culture and diversity of central Asia as well as the warm hospitality of the Uzbeks. These unique and numbered garments are made up of various silk and silk blends fabrics, carefully chosen and locally sourced, combined with 100% upcycled textiles and trims of unknown fiber origin. Garments have been crafted entirely by hand, with care, love and passion for artistry.
I hope you feel a sence of connection and enjoy the journey these items have to offer."
