Blumarine runs a long-stemmed red rose up either side of this virgin wool cardigan, knitted into the black ground with its leaves and thorns. The fine knit is shaped close through the waist and buttons up to a ruffled high neck, and each cuff spills into a cascade of knitted frills. The black ground leaves the roses to carry the whole piece.
