Sophique’s first collection will feature a new contemporary and funky version of the traditional loafer. Entirely handmade loafers, crafted by a historic family owned shoemaker company lodged up in the hills surrounding Milano. Sophique, this Milanese newborn brand, will also dedicate careful attention to sustainability. Sofia will pay extra special attention to making her products as eco-friendly as possible, through crafting processes as well as in packaging. Maria Sofia Papadimitriou, grew up surrounded by a family working in fashion and design which formed her character. This nurtured since a young age her interest and passion for the fashion business, took her to London, Istituto of Marangoni of Milan and today to Sophique.
